Why does a price offer appear in the chat?

Price offers are linked to the specific item and the users involved, which is why they appear directly in the relevant conversation.

The chat card shows

• the item
• the original price
• the offered price
• the status (e.g., open, accepted, rejected, expired)
• the expiration time
• possible actions

How negotiation works

The seller can accept, reject, or send a counteroffer directly in the chat. The card's status is updated automatically – there is no need to refresh the page.

If the offer is accepted, the "Buy now" button will appear on the card, allowing you to complete the purchase at the agreed-upon price.
