What happens when an item is sold?
After confirmed payment, you will be informed about the sale and the next steps.
As soon as the buyer's payment has been confirmed:
- the sale will appear in your dashboard
- you will receive a notification
- the order will be displayed in the chat
- you can open the shipping information
- your expected proceeds will be displayed as pending credit
Important note
Only ship the item if the payment status in the order is actually displayed as confirmed.
A screenshot, a chat message, or a buyer's statement is not sufficient proof of payment. Rely exclusively on the status that HerMarkt displays to you in the order.
