What does pending balance mean?

After the payment has been confirmed, your calculated seller proceeds are initially shown as "Pending".

The display includes

• the amount
• the associated order
• the scheduled release date
• any potential hold status

After the current holding period, the amount can be released as available.

The release may be delayed if

• a dispute is open
• a return is in progress
• a refund is being reviewed
• the payment was charged back
• your account is under review

You can see the exact status of each amount in your balance overview.
