How do I withdraw my balance?

Open Dashboard → Balance and click on "Withdraw".

How to proceed

1. Choose the full available amount or enter a custom amount.
2. Review the payout amount, your masked bank account, any applicable fees, and the expected net amount.
3. Confirm the payout.

You can then track the status of your payout in the balance overview.

Important

• Only available balance can be withdrawn.
• Pending, blocked, or reserved amounts are not available for withdrawal.
• You need a linked payout account to withdraw funds; depending on the amount, an identity check may also be required.
