When will my balance become available?
Unless there is an open issue, your sale proceeds will be released after the applicable holding period.
HerMarkt shows the scheduled release date for every pending credit.
After the scheduled period, the following is checked again
- Payment confirmed
- Order not canceled
- No open dispute
- No refund
- No account restriction
If everything is in order, the amount will appear under "Available balance" and you will receive a notification.
If the release is delayed
Check your balance overview to see if a reason for the block is displayed – for example, an open dispute. As soon as the issue is resolved, the amount will be released during the next review.
