How do I add my bank account?
You need a valid payout account to receive your funds.

Open Dashboard → Balance and navigate to the payout account section.
Enter your details
- Account holder
- IBAN
- BIC, if required
Check your details carefully – an incorrect IBAN can lead to failed or delayed payouts.
Security
- For security reasons, your IBAN will be masked later (e.g., DE12 •••• 3456).
- The account holder should match your HerMarkt account.
- Changes to the payout account may require a new security confirmation or review.
After saving, your account will be reviewed. Once confirmed, you can request payouts.
