How do I manage multiple available items?
For listings with multiple items, only the actual quantity sold is deducted.
If your listing includes several identical items, HerMarkt displays the available stock.
Example
- Total stock: 5
After a successful sale:
- Available: 4
- Sold: 1
The listing remains active as long as at least one item is available. Reservations through accepted price offers temporarily reduce the available quantity.
Important
Check your stock regularly and adjust it if you have sold an item outside of HerMarkt. This helps you avoid sales you can no longer fulfill.
