How do I buy an item?

First, open the item you would like to buy. Check the photos, description, condition, price, shipping options, and the seller's profile.

Then click on "Buy".

How checkout works

1. Check or add your delivery address.
2. Select an available shipping method.
3. Check the cost overview.
4. Select an available payment method.
5. Confirm the order bindingly.

Before completion, the item price, shipping costs, possible buyer protection fees, discounts, and the total amount will be displayed to you.

After the purchase

After successful payment, your purchase will appear under Dashboard → Purchases & Sales. There you can:

• View payment status
• Contact the seller
• Track the shipment
• Confirm receipt
• Report a problem
• Leave a review later

Important note

Only pay via the payment methods offered by HerMarkt. Never transfer money to a stranger's account based on a private message.
