Which documents can I use?
The supported documents will be displayed during the verification process.
Depending on your country, the following may be supported
- National ID card
- Passport
- Residence permit
The document must be
- valid
- fully visible
- clearly legible
- undamaged
- free of heavy glare
- not cut off
Important
- Only upload the requested document.
- For ID documents with two sides, both the front and back are usually required.
- Expired documents will be rejected – please check the expiration date before uploading.
