How do I start the verification?
You can find the identity verification process in your dashboard.
Open Dashboard → Verification and click on "Start verification".
The process may include the following steps
- Personal details
- Residential address
- Identity document
- Payout account
- Confirmation
Tips for a quick review
- Ensure your details match your document exactly (name spelling, date of birth).
- Use a valid, clearly legible document.
- Photograph the entire document without glare or cut-off corners.
After submitting, you can track the current status of your review in the verification section at any time.
