How do I delete my account?
Account deletion is only possible if there are no outstanding obligations.
Contact Support via the contact page to delete your account.
Before deletion, the following usually need to be completed:
- Ongoing purchases
- Ongoing sales
- Open disputes
- Refunds
- Pending payouts
- Negative balance
- Necessary verifications
Good to know
- Payout your available balance before deletion.
- Certain data may continue to be stored after deletion due to legal or security retention obligations.
- Deletion cannot be undone – listings, reviews, and your history will be lost.
