Where can I find my purchases?
You can find all ongoing and completed purchases in your dashboard.
Open Dashboard → Purchases & Sales. In the "Purchases" area, you can see all your orders.
You can filter by the following statuses
- Payment pending
- Paid
- Shipping pending
- In transit
- Delivered
- Confirmation required
- Completed
- Problem reported
- Canceled
- Refunded
Order details
Open a purchase to view order details, payment information, shipping status, and your messages to the seller.
If an action is required from you – for example, a pending payment or confirming receipt – this will be displayed directly in the order.
