I forgot my password

On the login page, click on "Forgot Password" and enter your email address.

What happens next

1. If a matching account exists, you will receive an email with a reset link.
2. Open the link and set a new password.
3. Then log in with the new password.

You can also change your password this way if you still know it but want to set a new one.

Security notes

• Only open links from official HerMarkt emails.
• HerMarkt will never ask for your password via chat.
• If no email arrives, check your spam folder and the spelling of your email address.
