Did I accidentally pay twice?
Double payments are checked and should not be assigned twice to the same order.
First, check your bank or card statement.
Pending or Actual Double Charge?
Some banks display a pending transaction and a final transaction separately. A pending transaction is not always a second charge – it usually disappears automatically after a few days.
If Two Payments Were Actually Made
Contact support via Help → Contact and select "Payment Problem" as the topic.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Amount
- Date
- Payment method
- Payment reference
The double payment will be checked, and the excess amount will be refunded.
Privacy Notice
Do not upload full bank statements with unnecessary personal information. Black out any details not related to the payment in question.
