When will I receive my refund?

A refund can occur:
- After an approved cancellation
- After a successful return
- After a support decision
- If the seller does not ship
- If an order cannot be fulfilled
Process
After initiation, the payment receives the status "Refund is being processed". The processing time depends on the original payment method and the payment provider – bank transfers can take several business days.
Types of refund
- Full refund: The entire paid amount is refunded.
- Partial refund: Part of the amount is refunded, for example, if you have agreed on a price reduction with the seller.
You can see the current status at any time in the affected order.
