How do I message a member?
You can contact buyers and sellers via the integrated HerMarkt chat.

Open a listing and click on "Send message". Alternatively, you can open an existing conversation under Dashboard → Messages.
In the chat you can
- send text messages
- send images
- ask questions about the item
- receive or send price offers
- view order and shipping status
- open dispute information
Security tip
Never share passwords, TANs, PINs, or full payment details in the chat. Reputable members and HerMarkt itself will never ask you for them.
Keep the entire transaction within the HerMarkt chat – this ensures all agreements are documented in case of a dispute.
