How do I block a member?
Blocked members cannot send you new regular messages.

Open the member's profile or chat. Click on the three-dot menu and select "Block member". Confirm your selection.
What does blocking do?
- The member cannot send you any new regular messages.
- Ongoing orders, disputes, or necessary system notifications may remain visible on the platform – these processes must be completed properly.
Unblocking
You can manage blocked members in your settings and unblock them at any time.
If a member is harassing you or attempting to commit fraud, please also report the message in question so that the behavior can be investigated.
